28 Days of Yoga

I am SO excited to be sharing this, what a perfect way to reset and refresh how we show up for ourselves!
If you have been wanting to start a yoga practice but don’t have the time or money to commit to going to a class and would like something you can do for yourself at home without relying on videos…then this is just for you!
If you are wanting a simple daily practice that can be done in 10 minutes each day and becomes so automated that you can do it with your eyes closed then I’m your girl!!

Sometimes we can get so caught up in the ‘shoulds’ or what everyone else is doing that we end up experiencing ‘over-analysis paralysis’.
This 28 days together is the perfect opportunity to explore a consistent daily practice that you will ideally continue well beyond just the one lunar cycle!!
The recordings will be housed in a private Facebook group where you will begin with the intro video and go from there. The yoga practice is designed to be done Monday to Friday and in the nature of honouring our natural cycle of energy output and rest, the weekends will be for rest and reflection where I will send out a few journal prompts to check in with yourself.
The yoga practice will be the same each day, this the exact sequence I flow through each morning at 5am to start my day and love the automation and fluidity it creates.
We will begin each practice with a short prayer and finish with setting an intention for the day ahead that will all be done from the comfort of your own home.
You will have lifetime access to the Facebook group so will be able to jump in anytime for a refresher after you have completed your 28 days.
