Your Mindbody Coaching Kickstarter Includes:

  • Pre-coaching Questionnaire

    This is a beautiful intro to self inquiry to get you started reflecting on what’s working well, what you would like to see for yourself and where the areas for work are. The transformation begins here.

  • 1x 60 minute 1:1 coaching call

    Our coaching call will be held via Zoom.  This is where we go deep, setting goals, clearing blocks and crafting a path that is going to help you move into this new way of being. It is amazing what we can cover in an hour.

  • Voxer messaging support

    Voxer allows me to support you fully throughout our two weeks together.  There is enormous power in external accountability and this level of support offers that in a way that will have you feeling supported, inspired and help keep you on track towards making your dreams a reality.

    This is a platform to use after our coaching call where you can message any questions, insights, for advice or if you’re just needing a pick-me-up.  We’re in this together, this is a great way to stay connected and on track. You can use it 24/7 and I check messages at least once daily Monday-Friday.

  • Your Roadmap for success

    I will email you notes from our 1:1 call with the plan we have come up with together for you to get going with your fresh start so you can refer back and also reflect on how far you have come.

  • Oracle Card Pull

    I will tune into your energy before our call and pull a card for you. I will share it within the call and help interpret the insight and then send through a picture of your card and the insights from the book that goes with it. This is such a gorgeous way to receive spiritual guidance which is so often beautiful confirmation of what we will be discussing.
